1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage caused after delivery or alterations may not qualify.
• Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Clear photographs or a video, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

3. Size Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, you may request an exchange, subject to product availability and eligibility.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with your order ID and clear photos or an unboxing video, if available.

5. Refunds
